Department with most teachers wins lunch
Face Painting – Izzy will ask art students
Who is available to help -> sign up sheet was passed around and given to Nicole
Update on Halloween Treats for teachers and staff
Student Liaisons will work on putting together the goody bags
Happy Hour at Cogan’s in November – will target the Friday prior to Thanksgiving week

GUAD's Night - Wednesday, Oct. 9th - 5-9pm; 7515 Granby Street/Wards Corner- 15% of total sales from the whole evening will be donated to us. All money will go towards the Commodore Care Committee.
Baker's Crust moved to November – Billy Chard will work on scheduling a date with them. Can hand out flyers at Homecoming Football Game Oct 18 and Trivia Night Nov.
Selling Merch - Football game (Homecoming), Beginning of basketball season. Volleyball – will post another reminder in GroupMe for parents; many parents bought them at Open House.
Fruit Sale –
Date – website closes Nov 24th and delivery is week of Dec 9th
Volunteer hours needed – NHS and Med Program
Delivery day – 15-20 people to offload truck
Day of Pickup – 12 to 6 pm, 2 hours shifts, 4 to 5 people each
Work with the NHS and Med Program staff liaisons to coordinator volunteers – Ms Snelling and Mr Manzell
Carin Carr will help Jennifer if she needs help
Marketing needed – Izzy will help create flyers
Trivia Night - Nov 1 -
Doors open at 6
Questions start at 6:30
Mr Wright will be emcee
Teams – max of 6: can form own team or be placed on a team
Goal is building community
Pizza, drinks, dessert for sale
Trying to cover costs, not a money maker
Every person who registers gets one raffle ticket, can buy additional tickets for $2
Flyers are being posted throughout school/ QR Code
